Ken is the fractional/interim CFO for Blue Edge Infrastructure.  With over 30 years of experience working with organizations to manage the financial side of their business, Ken helps keep Blue Edge Infrastructure well-capitalized and enables the growth that makes them successful.  Ken holds an Accounting degree and an MBA from USC.

As the Comptroller of Blue Edge Infrastructure, Marie ensures the company operates as efficiently as possible, leveraging the data at hand to help make informed decisions for the business. Marie has a BA in Accounting from Central Methodist University.

Carlos Ramos
COO

Mr. Ramos holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and 25 years of telecommunications wireless  experience. He started his career serving the United States Air Force where he earned the National Defense Service Medal in support of Desert Shield/Storm.

After separating from the US Air Force, Mr. Ramos was an R&D manager at Nortel Networks accountable for the introduction of CDMA wireless technology into Global markets. Jointly working with QUALCOMM his efforts aided growing sales to >$1B within 3 years and transforming markets by securing Tier 1 customer requirements and delivering to their new market needs. 

Joining Ericsson in 2009, Mr. Ramos led large scale complex project engagements in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Americas delivering products and services with Global Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Orange, Telefonica, Telstra, AT&T, Verizon, and Vodafone.

Mr. Ramos career project responsibilities encompassed deployment of >60,000 wireless base stations covering the operations and populations in marquee cities around the world such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Melbourne, Sydney, London, Madrid, Barcelona, New York, Seattle,  Miami, Houston, Chicago, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Seoul, Toronto, Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro. Annette DeLaurentis
VP Operations

Annette De Laurentis is a highly accomplished PMP, PMI- ACP with 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, leading all aspects of large-scale network development for leading telecommunications providers throughout the United States.

Annette began her career in Real Estate Development in 1991, joining Teletronic Management Services as an Operations Manager. Starting her cross-functional training early in her career, she entered the stage of Site Acquisition.

In 1995, Annette transferred to Arizona to lead the Site Acquisition and Construction development of AT&T Wireless Services, the first 1.9 MHz PCS system.  Upon launch in 1997, she received an award and accolade from AT&T’s Vice President of Technical Services, Toby Seay, for her contribution to the program’s success and her innovation in developing an integrated Operations Database.

Throughout her career in Telecom, Annette’s resilient devotion to continuous self-improvement and her strong belief in leading by example have given her in-depth, hands-on experience in Business Operations, Site Acquisition, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain, A&E, EH&S, and Construction, working on 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G NR Networks and its associated technologies for Dial Call, Nextel, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Merging her passion for innovation, technology, and automation, in 1996, she co-founded InoTech, Inc., operating in 44 countries and managing offices in 3 continents; she served as Vice President of Operations, catering to the Entertainment and Telecommunications Industry.
In 2001, partnering with DTS, Faroudja, Panasonic, and NEC, she designed and developed the world’s first 3D-DVD Motion and Show control system, synchronizing 1:1 image, sound, and special effects in operation in over 1,200 specialty theaters worldwide.

In 2017, Annette joined SAC Wireless as a  Director level, Sr. Project Manager, where she led the construction development for the Verizon 850 MHz project in Arizona and in 2019 the Sprint Fiber projects in  Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, California, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, and Washington markets.

Susan Reynolds
Business Development

Susan Reynolds graduated from Auburn University-Montgomery. She has 27 years of wireless telecommunications experience. She has worked on various projects: Tritel, Suncom, AWS, Cingular, AT&T, TMO and VZW throughout the United States.

Susan began her career in real estate development working on various wireless projects in the Southeast & Midwest. Most of her corporate career was spent in operations for both site acquisition and construction delivering  AT&T, VZW and TMO projects from TDMA to 5G technologies today. A decade was spent working with Ericsson in the service delivery market. While at Ericsson, she held various positions gaining end to end knowledge and experience with her last position being Director of Operations for the Southeast.  

In 2018, Susan began consulting for investors. She assisted with capital investments and M&A within the wireless industry. Likewise, she consulted for wireless companies to get projects’ schedules and profitability back on track. She completed capital raises and expanded their existing business & portfolios. 

For the last two years, Susan has aligned herself with Blue Edge Infrastructure (formerly Sixty-West) in expanding their real estate portfolio to include wireless. She has obtained MSAs in the US and is working on securing locations in international markets as well.
